Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RealmReactor services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

RealmReactor provides professional Game Master (GM) services, including but not limited to:

• Custom RPG campaign sessions
• One-shot adventures
• Foundry VTT module development and support
• GM coaching and consultation services
• Community Discord server access

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Refunds may be available for cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

5. Session Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during sessions. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Disruption of gameplay or other participants' experience
• Violation of our consent and safety guidelines
• Any illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to campaigns, modules, artwork, and written materials, created by RealmReactor remains the property of RealmReactor unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealmReactor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
